Concealed Fastener Panel
Wave panels are a rigid wall panel that’s attached with concealed fasteners. The front of the panel rib is less steep than the back of the rib. It resembles an ocean wave. Wave panels have a softer and smoother appearance when compared to a typical metal wall panel.
What makes them so attractive is their unique rib shape. The front of the panel rib is sloped and less steep than the back rib so that it resembles an ocean wave. Wave panels are considered less obstructive because the ribs are not symmetrical and appear smoother when compared with traditional box rib panels. WAV panels can be mixed and matched. You can combine all three panel widths of 16″, 12″, and 8″ as they are designed to interlock with each other.

The tough engineering thermoplastic has increased durability, excellent chemical resistance to halogen and acids that can cause degradation. The surface of PVDF panels is able to handle high temperatures and extensive ultraviolet ray exposure while resisting fading and chalking for longer than SMP painted panels.
By using aluminum roofing and siding panels in PVDF paint, you will have vibrant and attractive painted aluminum panels for longer than any other paint system.
